Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality software company with 650+ employees in 40+ countries, seeks a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to scale onboarding for our fastest-growing customer segment across 150 countries.

You will lead the Onboarding team from contract through go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management, building frameworks, standards, metrics, and velocity that deliver world-class experiences.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding and team leadership.
• Track record building onboarding functions and frameworks.
• Proven people leadership in distributed, global environments.
• Strong project management for complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and multi-property hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mid‑Market Onboarding team — including Onboarding Project Managers and senior coaches.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding outcomes for mid‑market customers from sales handoff through go‑live, adoption, and transition to Account Management.
• Diagnose and fix execution gaps in training quality, error detection, and deployment velocity.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for complex multi‑property deployments.
• Establish and own the metrics that matter: onboarding velocity, deployment quality, training completion, CSAT/NPS, and early‑life‑cycle retention.
• Own capacity and staffing planning for the division and partner with leadership on headcount decisions.
