A leading short-term rental management company is seeking an Owner Success Associate to join their Porto office with a hybrid working model. The role involves serving as the main contact for property owners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem resolution. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and multitasking skills, fluency in both Portuguese and English, and a proactive approach. We are now looking for an Owner Success Associate to join our Porto office (hybrid model) and help us deliver outstanding experiences to property owners partnering with GuestReady.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and making things run smoothly, this role is for you.

As an Owner Success Associate, you’ll be the main contact for property owners, ensuring smooth communication, quick problem resolution, and strong long-term partnerships.

Your goal is simple:

Responsibilities

• Respond to owner inquiries clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or guest-related issues
• Keep accurate records of owner interactions in internal systems
• Take ownership of issues until they are resolved
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain service quality during busy periods
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements
• Adapt to evolving tools, processes, and workflows

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Fluent Portuguese & English (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles
