Job summary

Twentooconsulting is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist Spanish-speaking customers for a global streaming platform. This remote role requires English, Castilian Spanish, and additional language skills, with weekend rotation and relocation if needed.

The position includes onboarding benefits, relocation support, and health coverage from day one, plus a daily meal allowance and documentation support.

Qualifications

• Fluent Castilian Spanish and English at B1 level minimum.
• Fluency in Basque, Catalan and Valencian, or Galician.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and digital literacy.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, mainland Portugal.
• Previous Customer Support or Technical Support experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Spanish-speaking customers of a leading global entertainment streaming platform
• Assist with account management and billing enquiries
• Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers through platform-related questions
• Ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
