Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market on a remote, full-time basis. The role is a 6-month contract with renewal potential, start 22/10, and requires fluent Italian and strong English, with EU work eligibility to work in Portugal.

You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat and email, provide product guidance, manage account access, and document interactions while representing a leading global streaming platform from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C2/native) is required.
• Strong English (minimum B2) is required.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via phone, chat, and email to Italian-speaking viewers.
• Give guidance on software functionality, system configuration, and network settings.
• Assist with account access, subscriptions, and content-related queries.
• Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal tools.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm, clarity, and care.
