Closer Consulting in Portugal is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our data science team in Lisbon or Porto. You will deliver Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and mobile devices, and collaborate with local and global teams to maintain service quality.

The role requires customer-focused communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience with banking/financial software or ITIL-based processes.

Qualificações

• Strong Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting for hardware/software across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• IT support experience in banking/finance; familiarity with messaging products and incident management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, while collaborating with local and global support teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing daily support with project work.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to produce high-standard reports and meeting minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1–2 hardware/software support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Assist in incident management and reporting.
