Closer Consulting is a data science company in Lisbon/Porto seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician. The role covers Level 1–2 desktop support, Windows and macOS environments, and support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.

Ideal candidates will have ITSM experience (ServiceNow) and networking/troubleshooting skills. Banking sector experience and ITIL/Microsoft certifications are a plus. The position is 100% on-site with rotating shifts in Lisbon or Porto.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft Office environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Available to work 100% on-site in Lisbon or Porto, on a rotating shift schedule.
• ItIL, Microsoft or hardware certifications are a plus.
