KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team onsite. You will handle helpdesk requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for our clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in IT support, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with colleagues. English proficiency is required, and candidates residing in Portugal are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT support/Helpdesk roles.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ticketing and incident management tools.
• Experience supporting mobile devices.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of the banking/financial sector is valued.
• Good level of English.
