Consort Group in Portugal is expanding its onsite IT support team and seeks several L1/L2 IT Support Technicians to assist more than 12,000 users across Lisbon and Porto, delivering quick and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.

The role is 100% onsite with shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including occasional weekend or public holiday support; you will work with Windows, macOS, Office 365, and ServiceNow to maintain a high-quality user experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in End-User Support / Desktop Support.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and Office 365 environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
