Closer Consulting in Lisbon seeks an Application Production Support Engineer for the Banking sector to manage incidents, monitor systems, and support releases in a hybrid work model.

The role requires 4+ years in production support, strong SQL and ITSM skills, and collaboration with Dev, BA and Infra teams. Banking domain experience is a plus; ITIL certification is preferred.

• Experience in managing production incidents, requests, changes and problems.
• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve production incidents, requests, changes, and problems.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure service continuity.
• Support releases, deployments, and production testing activities.
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
