Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent French required for daily customer interactions.
• English at least B2 level for training and communication.
• Working knowledge of MySQL/SQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket-handling skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Take over escalated tickets, chats and video calls that L2 couldn't close.
• Reproduce, analyse, and diagnose application errors.
• Check customer data in MySQL to catch errors at the source.
• Collaborate with Postman, Slack and the support team to find root causes.
• Propose improvements to management based on incidents; participate in training.
