Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on IT support experience, strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, and network/firewall administration know-how.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on IT technical support experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience using RMM (remote monitoring and management) software is strongly preferred.
• Network and firewall administration experience is strongly preferred.
