Job summary

InnoTech is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk professional to support our Vilamoura units, ensuring smooth IT operations and timely incident resolution. You will provide on-site and remote assistance, troubleshoot issues, and configure devices including computers, POS systems, tablets, and printers.

Ideal candidates have technical IT education and at least 1 year of Helpdesk experience, with solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware.

Qualifications

• Technical education or training in IT-related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or similar support role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking and hardware.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of IT systems across the Vilamoura units, delivering efficient technical support to internal users;
• Provide both on-site and remote assistance for incidents and service requests;
• Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring proper resolution or escalation when necessary;
• Set up, configure, and maintain equipment such as computers, POS systems, tablets, and printers.
