Job summary

Tenthpin is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide high quality 1st and 2nd line support for our remote-first global user base.

Based in Portugal, the role focuses on Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, and ITSM tooling, with a regular shift pattern from 14:00 to 23:00, including a one-hour break. You will be part of an extended support model delivering reliable IT services across time zones.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in similar IT helpdesk role or equivalent.
• Experience managing M365 apps and Windows in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for remote global users.
• Handle tickets via Jira Service Management and meet SLAs.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, and collaboration tools.
• Remotely onboard/offboard users and assist with small infrastructure projects.
• Escalate to senior colleagues when needed and contribute to problem management.
