Job summary

Tenthpin is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Engineer to deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support for a global remote-first user base. You will handle Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, and common desktop software, using ITSM tools like Jira Service Management to log, triage and resolve tickets with SLAs.

Key tasks include onboarding/offboarding remote colleagues, assisting with small projects to enhance IT services, and ensuring security best practices across enterprise SaaS applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in similar IT helpdesk/IT support roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Proficient in Intune management and endpoint configuration.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or other ITSM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first/second line IT support for remote users via Jira Service Management.
• Log, triage and prioritize incidents per SLAs; remote troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Windows 11, and collaboration tools.
• Handle device onboarding/offboarding and basic hardware issues.
• Assist with Intune configuration, security policies, and user setups.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to problem management initiatives.
