Inetum in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple project environments. You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, troubleshoot network connectivity, and assist with Outlook/Teams/OneDrive authentication and MFA.

A valid driving licence is required. Role covers end-user support and Windows/365 administration in a mixed environment, with opportunities to work across multiple project

Qualificações

• Experience in onsite and remote IT support across multiple environments.
• Familiarity with Windows administration and basic Microsoft 365 user management.
• Strong troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Ability to assist with Outlook/Teams/OneDrive authentication and MFA.
• Valid driving licence.
