WTW is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver on-site technical assistance in a busy office setting. You will handle walk-up and desk-side support, troubleshoot devices, and ensure a high-quality customer experience for colleagues.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Windows/M365 and Intune. This role is fully on-site with occasional travel and a flexible approach to hours.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience in an IT support, onsite support, or service desk role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals in person.
• Excellent customer service and proactive, user-focused approach.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support via walk-up and desk-side services.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues across devices.
• Act as primary in-office IT support contact, delivering a high-quality experience.
• Perform initial triage and route or escalate incidents when needed.
• Support break-fix activities including device swaps and basic repairs.
• Assist with new starter setups and user onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with remote teams, dispatch, and specialist IT groups to resolve issues.
• Provide hands-on support for infrastructure, network, or AV teams when required.
• Ensure all tickets are updated and resolved in the ITSM system.
• Maintain local IT environments and assist with asset handling and stock control.
