Jobgether is seeking a Regional SDR Director based in Portugal to lead global SDR/BDR teams and scale a multi-region pipeline. This remote-first leadership role requires strong coaching and data analytics to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering, shaping a scalable, high-performance culture in a distributed environment. An emphasis on mentoring leaders and evolving outbound strategies is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of SDR/BDR teams across multiple regions.
• Strong track record delivering outbound results and pipeline.
• Experience managing managers and developing leadership capabilities.
• Ability to use data, analytics, and CRM to improve forecasting and productivity.
• Knowledge of modern sales technologies and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDR and BDR teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions and ensure consistent inbound/outbound execution.
• Mentor SDR managers and develop future sales leaders with scalable coaching frameworks.
• Build and maintain multi-million-dollar sales pipeline through effective prospecting and discipline.
• Use data analytics, CRM insights, and metrics to drive pipeline improvements.
• Partner with regional sales, marketing, and field engineering to align initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential sales professionals in remote environments.
• Experiment with outbound approaches and adapt strategies to market trends.
