Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Portugal to own the post-implementation journey for a SaaS hospitality platform. You will drive adoption, retention and renewal across a portfolio of international customers while collaborating with Product, Sales and Support in a fully remote, scale-up environment.

You will monitor health metrics, manage stakeholder relationships across IT and senior leaders, and shape success plans that translate software value into measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality/events or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting change and adopting new tools or processes.
• Excellent organization, planning, and documentation abilities.
• Fluent English and at least one additional European language.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation customer journey and drive adoption and retention.
• Manage a portfolio of international B2B customers and monitor health signals.
• Lead regular business reviews and stakeholder sessions with IT, marketing, and execs.
• Develop and execute success plans to maximize platform value and renewal probability.
• Coordinate training, product communications, and customer communities.
• Provide feedback to Product and Support to improve processes and tooling.
