Job summary

DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and CPQ integrations. You will work remotely with cross-functional teams, turning business requests into scalable solutions and automations.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and business users, applying systems thinking and AI tools daily to improve data quality and process efficiency across CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model).
• Experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Track record replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as a connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and related tools.
• Translate requests into problems; propose options and explain trade-offs.
• Eliminate recurring manual work by automation and self-service tools.
