Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Operations Generalist based in Portugal to oversee remote operational workflows across CRM, finance, and coordination. You will manage calendars, invoices, onboarding, and sponsorship research while mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements in a globally distributed setup.

The role emphasizes independent, proactive execution, strong English communication, and seamless collaboration across time zones in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in remote operations, administration or project coordination.
• Strong English proficiency, min B2; C1 preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Drive) and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines.
• Independent and reliable when working across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-team coordination.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership of processes.
• Ability to mentor juniors and promote consistent standards.
• Location requirement: based in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows across CRM systems, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate communications across time zones.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Conduct research into sponsorship opportunities, partnerships and events.
• Maintain clear daily reporting and high-quality handovers via Slack.
• Coordinate administrative and project-related tasks with deadlines.
• Mentor junior generalists and promote consistent ways of working.
• Support leadership with operational execution and coordination of key initiatives.
