Job summary

Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join its remote healthcare support team in Portugal. You will assist patients, caregivers, and medical professionals using diabetes management systems, providing technical clarity with genuine empathy.

This full-time, 8-hour shift role requires residency in Portugal and fluent German (native or professional) plus English at least B2. Base earnings are EUR 1,100 gross per month (14 payments), plus EUR 7.63 net per workday as a meal

Qualifications

• Native or professional German for client interactions.
• Residency in Portugal for tax and remote contract purposes.
• Strong interpersonal, resilience, empathy and problem-solving.
• Proficient with CRM systems, databases and comms software.
• Quiet home-office with reliable broadband.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails and chat.
• Guide users through device setup and troubleshooting.
• Maintain customer data with GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, supervisors and medical coordinators.
• Provide empathetic, clear communication in health contexts.
