Job summary

Ignite in Portugal invites a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our remote healthcare support team. You will assist patients using diabetes care devices and glucose monitoring, delivering empathetic guidance via calls, emails, and chat from a home office.

The role requires native or fluent German and at least B2 English, residency in Portugal, and a stable home setup with reliable internet. You will work five days a week on eight-hour shifts within a 24/7 rotative schedule, with a monthly

• Must reside in Portugal with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and customer support for diabetes care devices via inbound channels.
• Guide product setup and troubleshoot issues.
• Update profiles and process service requests maintaining privacy.
• Collaborate with team leaders and healthcare coordinators.
• Maintain professional, discreet handling of health-related inquiries.
