Job summary

Ignite, a remote healthcare support provider, seeks a German-speaking Customer Advisor to assist patients, caregivers and medical professionals using diabetes management systems. This is a fully remote, permanent role based in Portugal with 5 days a week, 8 hours daily on rotating shifts.

You will resolve inquiries, guide device setup and troubleshooting, maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

Native or professional fluency in German (spoken and written).
English proficiency at least B2 for internal training.
Legal residency and location in Portugal for remote work.
Strong interpersonal communication, resilience and empathy.
Ability to manage multiple CRM systems and data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries via calls, email, and chat with professionalism and resolve diabetes care product queries.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for diabetes care devices and software tools.
Maintain customer records, process re-orders, and handle logistics queries with GDPR compliance.
Collaborate with QA, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to improve service delivery.
Communicate with empathy and discretion in sensitive health conversations.
