Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist for the automotive sector. This fully remote role is based in Portugal with a 24/7 rotating schedule and accommodation available if relocation is needed.

You will support German- and English-speaking customers, delivering high-quality service and solutions. You will log inquiries in the CRM, troubleshoot issues with automotive and digital products, and collaborate with the team to improve the customer journey.
