Responsabilidades

• Subscriber assistance via inbound calls, live chat, and email on subscriptions, billing, passwords, and profiles.
• Technical troubleshooting of playback errors, app installation, device compatibility, and connectivity.
• Provide content guidance on availability, schedules, parental controls, and subtitle/audio settings.
• Deliver empathetic support to convert disruptions into positive user experiences.

About the Job

Are you fluent in Galician with a passion for entertainment, digital streaming, and technology? We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our international support team working remotely from anywhere in Portugal, representing one of the world's leading video streaming platforms!

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for Galician-speaking subscribers, helping them navigate platform features, troubleshoot playback or account issues, and enjoy an exceptional entertainment experience—all from the comfort of your home.

The Role

• Subscriber Assistance: Support Galician-speaking users via inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding account subscription plans, billing details, password resets, and user profile management.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist subscribers with resolving streaming playback errors, app installation issues, device compatibility (smart TVs, mobile, gaming consoles), and internet connectivity checks.
• Content Guidance: Answer general inquiries about content availability, release schedules, parental controls, and language subtitle/audio settings.
• Customer Retention & Loyalty: Provide empathetic, efficient support to turn technical disruptions into positive, lasting user experiences.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Remote in Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% Work from Home (Remote) model within continental Portugal or islands.
• Schedule: Rotational operational shifts (40 hours per week).

Relocation & Work-From-Home Support

• Home Office Equipment: Full IT workstation setup (PC, headset, and secure access peripherals) provided and delivered to your home.
• Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight ticket to Portugal reimbursed after successful completion of the probation period (for candidates relocating from abroad).

Requirements
