Recruityard seeks a remote Technical Support and Sales Specialist to assist French-speaking customers from Portugal. The role blends tech support with sales, requiring strong communication and a customer-first approach.

You will handle inquiries in French and English, troubleshoot issues, and promote relevant products. The position offers 100% remote work, paid training, health insurance, and career growth in an international team.

Qualificações

• Fluent French and English (C2 level).
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
• Promote upgrades and additional solutions when appropriate.
• Handle account, billing and service enquiries.
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting sales targets.
