You'll assist Italian-speaking customers while identifying sales opportunities and promoting products and services. Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
• Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate.
• Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
