Recruityard in Portugal is hiring a native French-speaking Retention & Sales Advisor for a Switzerland-based telecom project. You will retain customers, identify sales opportunities, and promote tailored products and services via inbound/outbound calls in a fully remote role from Portugal.

The role emphasizes building customer loyalty, reducing churn, and driving revenue through consultative selling. Fluency in French and English, plus experience in sales or customer service, are highly valued,

Formación

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2).
• Experience in sales, retention or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers.
• Retain customers who are considering cancelling or changing their services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and promotions.
• Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Meet and exceed retention, sales, and quality targets.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
