Job summary

Recruityard is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, while resolving billing and subscription inquiries and guiding users through telecom services.

The position combines customer care with a clear sales focus; after each resolved enquiry, you will present a relevant service and pursue cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• French and English at C1/C2 level.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a call centre or contact centre - mandatory.
• Strong sales mindset and willingness to pitch additional services after resolving customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support French-speaking customers by phone, email and chat.
• Resolve enquiries about accounts, billing, subscriptions and telecommunications services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Deliver a sales pitch at the end of each resolved case, introducing an additional service relevant to the customer.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, explain benefits and handle objections.
• Work towards sales, customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
• Guide customers through products, services and digital tools.
