Eugenia Talent is selecting a customer service professional in Lisbon for native French speakers who also speak English. The role is a full-time position with remote options.

You will mediate between hotels and suppliers, assist customers by phone and email, and help with the product catalog while delivering attentive, solution-focused support. The team emphasizes active listening, clear questions, and a high standard of customer care.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills in French (native) and English.
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus.
• Genuine caretaker mindset with ability to multi-task and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Mediates between hotels and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Assists customers by telephone, email and other channels with courtesy.
• Provides guidance on purchases and product catalogs.
• actively listens and asks clear questions to understand customer needs.
• Identifies, studies and proposes best solutions for customers.
• Delivers high-quality service ensuring customer satisfaction after interactions.
• Records all relevant information in the system and maintains service levels.
