Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients via telephone, email, and other channels in a genuine manner.
• Help customers resolve doubts about online services.
• Guide customers through the website.
• Be an active listener and ask clear questions to help the customer.
• Identify, study, and propose solutions for technical issues.
• Provide high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction after each interaction.
• Capture all relevant information in the system and maintain service standards.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the technical area of work.
