Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team working remotely. You will support customers of a leading global financial services brand via phone, chat and email, handling card-related queries and basic account issues.

Initially frontline French support with progression into back-office tasks such as email and social media support. You will use about 10 client tools, log interactions in the CRM, and meet quality and performance targets

Qualifications

Fluent French (native/C1) required.
English (B1) required for training and tools access.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Financial services support experience is a strong advantage.
Advanced written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide support for financial products and services via phone, chat and email.
Handle inquiries such as lost or stolen cards, card benefits, rejected purchases and balance checks.
Start with frontline French support, then move to back-office tasks including email and social media support.
Log and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Work with ~10 client tools, handling 10-20 cases per day.
Meet quality and performance targets (service level, handling time, customer satisfaction).
