Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is expanding its customer support team and seeking a specialist fluent in French. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email with patience and clarity.

Responsibilities include resolving issues without compromising quality, keeping case notes accurate, and flagging recurring problems for root-cause fixes. The role offers remote or hybrid work and relocation support where offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfort with learning and using new internal systems
• Some customer-facing experience is a plus, not essential

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
