A Fintech client in Braga, Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll support customers of a modern financial services product.

Work model: On-Site.

Only native-level French speakers will be considered for this position.

C2/Native-level French required.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and upscale more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
