HCLTech in Portugal seeks a qualified technical support professional to handle L1/L2 product support for lubricant and fuel systems. You will interface with engineers, sales, and customers, provide product information, and assist with upgrades and testing while documenting all interactions.

The role requires a Bachelor's/Engineering degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in Finnish and English (C1). Remote work option available; Monday–Friday schedule with health insurance benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product/support.
• Experience in L1/L2 Product Support and customer service.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and MS Access is beneficial.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (C1 level) with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical information on lubricant and fuels products and applications.
• Assist testing and implementation of upgrades / functionality / equipment.
• Record and report communications with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain relations with Engineers and Sales teams; assist leads during absences.
• Contribute to tools development and incident management as needed.
