HCLTech in Portugal is seeking a technical support engineer to provide product information for lubricants and fuels and to support L1/L2 product issues. You will coordinate with collocated engineers, record all communications, and ensure compliance with training and processes while supporting the sales team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's/Engineering degree with at least four years in customer-facing technical support, and is fluent in Finnish (C1) and English (C1) with strong MS Office

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Engineering degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in L1/L2 Product Support.
• Engineering background in Mechanical, Chemical or Petrochemical.
• Customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical information on lubricant and fuels products and their application.
• Participate in testing and implementation of upgrades / functionality / equipment; administrative and reporting tasks.
• Provide information on the Used Oil Analysis (Signum) system and similar systems.
• Maintain knowledge of MS Office suite; CRM and MS Access knowledge is desirable.
• Contribute to tools development.
• Record all communications with customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Ensure mandatory HCL training is completed before due date.
• Support team when others are absent.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
• Handle ad hoc activities as required.
