Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting a founder, executive, entrepreneur, or C-level professional.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Able to coordinate across Dubai and European time zones.
• Highly proactive, organized, discreet and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personal travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries for the founder.
• Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones with minimal supervision.
• Handle personal administrative tasks and vendor communications for lifestyle operations.
• Stay highly responsive, organized, and confidential in a fast-paced environment.
• Anticipate problems and execute independent solutions under pressure.
