Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role. You will handle payment platform inquiries, assist with account funding, and resolve transaction questions while delivering a professional customer experience.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in installments, meal allowance, and relocation/accommodation support for eligible candidates moving to Portugal.
