Cbt is hiring a Support Specialist to join a fully remote team covering continental Portugal. You will manage end-to-end customer orders across phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate data handling and swift problem solving.

You’ll collaborate with couriers and financial institutions, comply with PCI and GDPR, and contribute to a high-performance customer experience in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Qualificações

• Dutch near native with English proficiency (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
• KPI-driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Team player who values collaboration and accountability.
• Nice to have SAP or back-office tools experience.
• Experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions (phone, email, chat) related to online orders.
• Handle delivery tracking, returns, refunds, payment queries, and shipping investigations.
• Review and process order-related data and business requests.
• Collaborate with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with PCI & GDPR policies.
• Analyze and resolve complex cases, escalating when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and team performance.
