Hartmann Recruitment is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative for a major European e-commerce platform. This fully remote role in Portugal offers flexibility and an international environment, with relocation support if you move from the Netherlands or Belgium.

You will handle orders, inquiries, returns, and account settings via phone, email and chat, document interactions in internal tools, and complete paid training to ensure success.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Fluent English (at least B1) for internal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat in a helpful, friendly and professional way.
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments and account settings.
• Handle complaints with patience and care, always aiming for the best outcome.
• Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed.
• Take part in a paid training so you’re fully prepared to succeed.
