CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic international team. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, assist with orders, deliveries, payments and returns, and act as liaison to external sellers.

The role offers relocation assistance, private health insurance, meal card, training delivered in English, and a 40-hour work week with remote work within continental Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• English proficiency is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic communication.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and adaptable to new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Act as the point of contact for external sellers to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.
• Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
