CB Talents SP is hiring Remote Customer Support Representatives to assist Dutch-speaking clients from continental Portugal. This fully remote role requires based in continental Portugal, with a fixed Mon–Fri schedule between 06:00 and 19:00 and flexible contracts including part-time possibilities.

You will provide Dutch-speaking support via phone, email, or chat, plus onboarding and training to grow into multiskill roles with language bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (native or C1/C2) with strong written and spoken skills.

Remote Customer Support Representative (Dutch-Speaking)

What We Are Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Native or C1/C2 fluent in Dutch (written & spoken). Strong command of English is a plus.
• Location Requirement: Currently residing in or able to work remotely from continental Portugal.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Availability: Available for full-time training upon joining.
