You will resolve inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Fluent Dutch and English, eligibility to work in the EU or Portugal permit, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset are key.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (B2)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping and deliveries, payments, account management, products, and services.
• Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions based on individual needs.
• Address complaints and challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and a focus on resolution.
• Assist customers in navigating relevant systems, processes, products, and service options.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and outcomes accurately in internal databases and support tools.
• Coordinate with other departments to investigate issues and resolve requests that require additional assistance.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to help improve service quality and internal processes.
• Stay informed about product updates, service offerings, operational procedures, and company policies through regular training and ongoing development.
