Cross Border Talents is seeking an Automotive Customer Support Specialist in Portugal to be the primary contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms. You will resolve inquiries about vehicles, products, accounts, orders, and subscriptions while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, demonstrate analytical and proactive thinking, and stay updated on automotive products and industry trends.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2) as required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts, and ownership support.
• Manage requests involving orders, appointments, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates using internal systems.
• Stay up to date with automotive products, services, technologies, and industry trends through continuous learning.
