Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Billing Support Specialist based in Portugal to deliver seamless billing support to international customers. You will resolve payment issues, invoice discrepancies, and account questions, collaborating with engineering and business teams to improve processes in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

You'll identify recurring issues, suggest workflow improvements, reproduce technical issues for testing, and help ensure accurate

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer support with billing responsibilities.
• Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely initial responses to billing questions and disputes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot payment failures, invoices, and extension requests.
• Guide customers toward documentation and technical resources.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and workflows.
• Share insights to drive product and billing improvements.
• Reproduce technical issues and create test cases to improve coverage.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering to ensure clear communication.
