Job summary

Pleo is looking for a Billing Operations Analyst to join its Finance Team in Lisbon. You will support the business by handling billing processes, SOPs, and cross-functional projects to improve accuracy and speed.

You’ll work with Billing, Accounting, and Automation, driving invoices, refunds, and month-end closes, while delivering practical solutions and clear guidance to internal partners.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in Finance/Accounting/Operations; IFRS knowledge.
Advanced Excel with formulas; pivot tables; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Experience troubleshooting customer queries professionally.
Experience with Billing/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review, approve & process credit note requests.
Review contracts & account setup accuracy when needed.
Answer internal billing questions timely and professionally.
Guide GTM & other teams on billing best practices.
Reissue invoices.
Create & maintain SOPs.
Process refunds.
Drive internal projects from concept to completion.
Complete Month-End Close activities as required.
