Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus.
• Willing to work in a regulated, structured environment.
• Organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and digital channels.
• Detail-oriented and confident handling data, billing, and documentation.
• Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes.
• Dutch and good English skills.

Mansioni

• Handle customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information.
• Register requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability.
• Perform billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities.
• Communicate with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
