Leadership Business Consulting is seeking an Agentic AI Lead to design, develop and industrialise agent-based solutions for clients and internal transformation. This hands-on leadership role combines software engineering with practical experience in generative AI, enterprise integration and process automation.

You’ll decide when an agentic approach is appropriate, how much autonomy is allowed, and how to evaluate and govern agent behavior.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of software, AI, data or automation engineering experience.
• Two+ years of hands-on work with generative AI or agentic systems.
• Evidence of moving AI solutions from demo to production environments.
• Strong Python, software architecture and engineering capabilities.
• Experience with tool calls, orchestration, state, memory, RAG and enterprise integration.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secrets management, testing, logging, tracing, cloud deployment and CI/CD.
• Practical experience with two or more agent ecosystems or frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and industrialise agentic architectures and solutions for clients and internal use.
• Lead workshops and support proposals, providing technical leadership on flagship engagements.
• Develop reusable agent templates, connectors and reference architectures.
• Mentor AI engineers and help build LBC’s agentic AI capability.
• Establish patterns for permissions, outputs, error handling and responsible autonomy.
