InteractiveAI is a fast-growing startup delivering managed AI agent lifecycles for enterprises. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will deploy production-grade agentic solutions, translate business problems into engineering tasks, and collaborate with core teams to evolve the platform.

You will own end-to-end delivery, from customer understanding to deployment and field feedback. You will work with Python/Node.js, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, building robust integrations and ensuring

Qualificações

• 5+ years of backend engineering or delivery-focused roles.
• Proficient in Python or Node.js and able to write production-grade code for agentic systems.
• Experience building complex system integrations: APIs, connectors and services.
• Ability to translate business problems into executable engineering tasks.
• Experience with agent-based systems or RAG-based apps.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or CLI-based LLM tools.
• REST/GraphQL experience and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Postgres and Redis in integration contexts.
• High autonomy in ambiguous business settings.

Responsabilidades

• Architect multi-agent orchestrations and adaptive reasoning loops within customer environments.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into executable agentic architectures with tool-use requirements and safety guardrails.
• Contribute code and feedback to core engineering to evolve the agentic framework and platform.
• Build MCP tools, CLI interfaces, and backend services for agents to interact with diverse tech stacks.
• Design data pipelines and state management to maintain long-term context for agents.
• Deploy and manage containerized agent environments and ensure production reliability of autonomous systems.
