FedEx is seeking a PMO Lead for Regulatory Transformation & Strategic System Implementation across Europe. This temporary 24-month role provides strategic leadership, governance, and execution oversight for regulatory-driven system implementations.

You will lead large-scale programs, drive AI-enabled innovations, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure milestones and compliance. Hybrid work and international travel are expected.

Qualificações

• MBA or master’s degree in business, IT, or engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years leading complex programs with SAFe and regulatory domains.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills across levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently (30%) to FedEx locations in Europe.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred or willingness to study.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory-driven technology and business transformation programs and ensure milestones.
• Assess evolving regulations and coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Coordinate diverse teams across business and technology functions and manage stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture with coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive large-scale transformation using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Champion AI and automation to improve program delivery and compliance.
• Oversee risk management, governance, and executive reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, track KPIs, budgets, milestones, and benefits.
